Herbal Lung Steam


Lung steam for soothing and opening nasal passages when they have a cold or sinus infection.  Also great for helping calm the muscles and tissue along your airway, allowing for relaxation and easier breathing.

Directions: Place a 1 -2 tablespoon of herbs in a bowl then add boiling water. Place a towel over

your head and bowl to create a "tent." Let steep for 2min then Breathe deeply for 5-10 minutes.

*Add leftover water herbal blend in the bath or water your plants!
