Enjoy a cleansing flower brush and herbal mocktail as we deep dive into smokable herbs and how we can incorporate them into our routines and rituals. After blending your own herbal/cannabis smoke blend along with a collective smoke, bask in a sound bowl meditation guided by Marianne to assist in deep relaxation as you allow the harmonizing sound wash over you.  Singing bowls have the capacity to relax our nervous system, soothe tension, and improve spiritual well being by activating our brain waves to higher levels of consciousness. By pairing herbal remedies with mediation we can achieve relief in deeper cavities of our bodies allowing for a more meditative and enjoyable experience.
