Shipping, Store Credit & Refunds

Shipping is offered via USPS and UPS from Denver, Colorado and takes between 5-10 business days depending on your location. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

We also offer 2-day expedited shipping which is presented during the checkout process. 

We are closed on national holidays and your order will be processed the following business day.

International shipping is not available at this time.


If your product arrives broken or damaged please let us know and we will happily provide you with store credit!

If you are unhappy with the product, please contact us promptly so we can make it right. 



If your order is a gift, you may add special directions or a message at checkout. We'll happily include a hand-written note with the order on a cotton notecard.

Returns/Exchange/Processing timeAll orders placed will be filled within 3-5 business days. Due to the nature of the products there are no returns. If you are unhappy with your order please contact us via email at
